When will my Pre-Order ship?Updated 8 months ago

Pre-orders will be labeled for the month they are shipping within, not necessarily at the start of the month. Due to the nature of our factory, the fulfillment date for pre-orders may change. Any delays will be noted on the original product listing. We apologize for the inconvenience.

US CUSTOMERS:

• Pre-order items are sent separately within the month listed on the item
• Purchases including 2 or more pre-order items will be shipped when the later pre-order item is ready-to-ship
• Purchases which include pre-order item/s, and which total less than $200 will be shipped altogether when any or all pre-order item/s are ready-to-ship
• Free gift items (Dagger Socks, Air Blush, Eyeshadow Palettes, etc) will be sent with Pre-order items if no other ready-to-ship items are included in an order

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

• Purchases including pre-order item/s will be sent altogether when the pre-order item/s are ready to ship. Purchase pre-order items separately to have regular ready-to-ship items sent immediately.
