NOCTEX does not have access to further information regarding the status or location of any packages once a package leaves our studio. We cannot assume responsibility for delayed, stolen, or lost packages, and therefore cannot issue refunds for missing mail. We advise contacting your local postal company directly to submit a missing mail or help request ticket.
