If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting customer service. To expedite the process, you may reply directly to any order confirmation or reach out through our contact page. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation within the hour. The refund will then be processed within a specified date range and allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be cancelled. However, upon receiving the order, you may submit a return request through our Return Center. Please familiarize yourself with our returns policies, which can be found on our website before initiating a return.
