What should I do if my tracking information hasn't been updated and I haven’t received my order?Updated 7 months ago

If your package's tracking information has not been updated since its departure and you have not received your order, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Packages can sometimes be scanned incorrectly, and submitting a search request or missing mail ticket can help locate the shipment and get it back into circulation.

Should your order be returned to us, we will notify you and can re-ship it to you after an invoice for a re-shipping fee is paid. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund if you no longer want the items you ordered. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
